Return & Refund Policy

At Zybrox, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different products.

To request a return, email surendrasurendrasingh11448@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
